Job summary

Springboard Community Services, Inc. seeks a Safe House Support Staff to oversee the house during evening hours and cover assigned shifts, including Fri–Sat 11p–7a, Sat–Sun 7a–3p, and Sat–Sun 3p–11p, with possible additional shifts and holidays.

You will respond to 24-hour hotline calls and Lethality Assessment Protocol calls, monitor cameras, and maintain overall safety for clients in the Safe House, collaborating with case managers to address victims' needs.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver''s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Safe House during evening hours.
• Respond to 24-hour hotline calls and Lethality Assessment Protocol calls.
• Observe cameras and maintain overall safety for clients.
• Collaborate with other case managers to respond to client needs.
• Transport self and clients to other locations with valid license and insurance.
