Job summary

The Bristal is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide for weekend and weekday shifts in Massapequa, NY. This on-site role supports residents with daily activities, mobility, and companionship in a premier senior living community.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, escorting residents to meals and activities, and maintaining safety in collaboration with the wellness team. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA, PCA, or HHA certification as applicable.
• Experience with elderly care and ADLs is preferred.
• English speaking and reading required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escorting residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social wellbeing.
• Assist in Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort of residents.
• Follow policies and directions from nursing leadership.
