Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Massapequa, NY is seeking compassionate Resident Service Aides for the 3PM–11PM Friday and Saturday shift. This casual part-time on-site role focuses on delivering respectful, person-centered care to residents.

You will assist with ADLs, escort residents to meals and activities, support wellbeing, and follow all policies under supervision. Certifications such as CNA/PCA/HHA are required, English fluency is a must, and prior geriatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA or HHA certification required.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Ability to follow care routines and safety protocols.
• Reliable, caring and gentle demeanor.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional and psycho-social wellbeing.
• Assist in Wellness area to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing.
• Follow all policies and procedures under Nurse Shift Supervisor guidance.
