Job summary

Christian Living Communities is seeking a Personal Care Partner I for Sundays and Mondays 2pm-10pm, part-time, in Denver. You will help residents with daily activities, hygiene, meals and mobility while maintaining safety and dignity.

The shift includes weekend hours and you’ll work with a supportive team in a certified elder care setting. Responsibilities include documenting care notes, coordinating with supervisors, and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Strong self-management and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' daily personal care needs with attention to ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, laundry and oral hygiene.
• Identify care needs and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Communicate with residents' families and peers to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor safety and well-being and document observations as directed.
• Assist with prescribed daily medication routines per state law.
