Christian Living Communities (CLC) | Cappella Living Solutions (CLS) is seeking a Personal Care Partner I for the Friday/Saturday/Sundays shift, 6am to 2:30pm. The role provides direct personal care to residents, including ADLs, meals support, and daily activities, within a compassionate senior living setting.

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
One year of elder care experience preferred.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Management system.

Responsibilities

Attend to residents' personal care needs in a timely manner.
Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and laundry with attention to individual needs.
Identify and report changes in resident status or care needs to supervisor.
Maintain open communication with supervisors and peers.
Monitor safety and well-being of residents and document conditions as directed.
Assist with prescribed daily medication routine as appropriate and in accordance with state law.
