Position: Personal Care Partner – Saturday & Sunday 6:00am– Noon. Responsible for meeting daily personal care needs, with duties including ADLs, bathing, dressing and assisting with meals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• One year experience in elder care preferred.
• Knowledgeable with Electronic Health Management system.
• Strong self-management and organization skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with the ability to handle competing deadlines, flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Attends to the personal care needs of residents in a timely manner and provides assistance with ADLs as requested.
• Provides personal care services such as bathing, dressing and attending meals with attention to individual resident needs.
• Identifies and reports any resident care needs to supervisor.
• Responds to the needs of family members as appropriate.
• Maintains open communication with supervisor and peers to promote resident well‑being.
• Monitors safety and well‑being of residents and documents changes as directed.
• Assists residents with prescribed daily medication routine as appropriate and in accordance with state law.
• Completes necessary documentation and work orders for replacements or repairs.
