Hagerstown Community College is seeking a part-time Simulation Skills Lab Assistant to support nursing simulations during evenings and weekends. Under the Nursing Simulation Lab Coordinator, you will prepare spaces, operate patient simulators, and provide routine technical assistance to faculty and staff.

The role involves equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the simulation labs in accordance with college procedures.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Nursing or allied field; 3 years of healthcare and office/tech experience.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and basic patient-care concepts.
• Experience in nursing/healthcare simulation labs or management of medical supplies is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Operates patient simulators and other simulation technologies used in nursing labs.
• Prepares lab spaces and equipment for scheduled activities.
• Assists nursing faculty with technical implementation of simulation activities.
• Provides routine technical assistance and support to faculty and staff.
• Performs basic equipment checks, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Maintains inventory and cleanliness of laboratory spaces and equipment.
