LCB Senior Living, The Residence at Great Woods, located in Norton, MA, is seeking an LPN for a part-time evening/weekend position to support the Resident Care Team and assist the Resident Care Director.

The role includes supervising resident care associates, administering medications per physician orders, and ensuring staffing coverage. MA licensure (RN or LPN) is required with at least two years in geriatric care and a commitment to safety and quality care.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing is essential.
• High school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing Program are required.
• At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting; MA license as RN or LPN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily work assignments of resident care associates.
• Administer topical and oral medications as per physician orders; injections where allowed.
• Monitor resident needs and coordinate with the Resident Care Director and MD as appropriate.
• Ensure staffing coverage and back-up scheduling; participate in on-call duties.
• Complete incident/accident reports and implement corrective actions with Safety Committee.
