Job summary

LCB Senior Living at The Residence at Paine Estate in Wayland, MA is seeking a Wellness Nurse for per diem coverage with flexible hours. The role supports the Resident Care Director and the Resident Care Team, including supervision of care staff and on-call duties.

The ideal candidate holds an RN or LPN license in Massachusetts, has at least two years of geriatric experience, and can communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma and graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Experience: At least two years of experience in a geriatric setting and previous health experience in hospital and/or community setting.
• Certificates/Licenses: Current RN or LPN License in the state you are employed.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers and the surrounding community.
• Grow community occupancy by representing and interacting with potential residents, family members and professionals.
• Assist with evaluation of resident needs and development of service plans as per state requirements.
