Job summary

M2 Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator in Green Bay, WI. You will respond to carrier and customer inquiries, update the TMS, and assign carriers to loads while collaborating with Account Management and Carrier Sales teams.

The role requires 2nd shift and weekend availability (Sunday–Thursday, 2:00–10:30pm) and a strong focus on customer service, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post high school education preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to learn technology quickly and manage three to four programs simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to carrier and customer tracking inquiries via email and phone.
• Update TMS system and assign carriers in the system.
• Communicate with Account Managers and Carrier Sales teammates you support.
• Maintain knowledge of M2 processes and services; deliver superior customer service.
