Job summary

Triple T Transport is seeking a Weekend Shift Logistics Coordinator to support our operations and sales teams. The role is salaried, full-time with three twelve-hour shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities include booking loads, dispatching, tracking, and ensuring customer satisfaction within our transportation management system. You will communicate with customers and carriers, monitor pickups/deliveries, and maintain accurate freight documentation.

Responsibilities

• 3 twelve hour shifts Fri, Sat, Sun, 2000-0800.
• Book loads from customers and carriers; dispatch activities.
• Track loads to final destination and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor pickups, deliveries, and maintain documentation in TMS.
