Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out in a professional manner.
• Operate the front desk systems and cashiering tasks.
• Answer phones, relay messages, and provide concierge services.
• Assist guests with requests and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with bell staff and shuttle drivers as needed.
• Maintain a courteous and efficient guest experience.
