Job summary

Arcadia Counseling in Lehi is seeking a part-time evening receptionist to work 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Saturdays at the Lindon location. You will handle front-desk duties, answer calls, onboard clients, verify insurance, and support therapists with administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, experience in healthcare or office settings, and the ability to multitask while maintaining HIPAA privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA privacy standards familiarity.
• Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm, professional front-desk experience.
• Communicate promptly with therapists and clients by phone, text, and email.
• Manage therapist calendars, schedule clients, onboard new customers, and verify benefits.
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/text.
• Update client information in the company platform.
• Follow privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA procedures.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
