Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or receptionist role.
• Ability to handle HIPAA and privacy practices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software.
• Schedule: 4:00 PM–9:30 PM, Mon–Thu, occasional Sat.
• Support therapists and clients with onboarding and billing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage front desk.
• Answer calls, emails, texts.
• Schedule appointments and check insurance benefits.
• Maintain client data and privacy compliance.
• Coordinate with therapists and teams.
• Keep reception area organized.
