Hy-Vee Floral Clerk in Cedar Rapids, IA supports customers with orders, prepares basic floral designs, stocks the department, and delivers warm service. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with floral orders in person or by phone.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish product including small floral and greenery arrangements, corsages and boutonnieres, roses, balloons.
• Send and retrieve orders; maintain confidentiality on all orders, including sender/recipient/cost.
• Review floral products for freshness and anticipate daily needs for the department.
• Water plants and maintain appearance of department including coolers, counters, floors, and sinks.
• Deliver orders as needed and prepare daily delivery list.
• Operate department register and handle payments.
• Follow dress code and department guidelines.
