Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related college coursework.
• Five years of custodial and facility operations experience.
• At least two years in supervisory or lead capacity across multi-site facilities.
• Valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate evening, night, and weekend operations across multiple sites.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure standards.
• Prioritize and assign routine and urgent work orders; ensure supplies and tools are available.
• Oversee facility permits, community usage, events, and after-hours staffing.
• Monitor security systems and coordinate emergency responses; participate in after-hours rotation.
• Implement safety training and energy management programs; enforce Cal/OSHA compliance.
• Participate in staff recruitment, evaluations, and grievance handling.
