Qualifications

• California driver’s license.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and assign work orders to team members.
• Perform complex maintenance and repair in carpentry, electrical, HVAC-R, plumbing, or painting.
• Inspect work quality and ensure safety and district standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff in procedures, tools, and safety.
• Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation.
• Maintain inventory and order materials, tools, and equipment.
• Collaborate with site administrators and Facilities leadership on projects.
• Support documentation and reporting of maintenance operations, repairs, and inspections.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and customer service.
