Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a compassionate caregiver in Minnesota to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting. You’ll assist with daily living activities and help participants pursue personal goals.

Pay is $21/hour with a part-time schedule including evenings and every-other weekend. You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on dignity, growth, and community participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Care for participants and help them engage in community activities.
• Be compassionate, patient, and reliable to promote independence.
