Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real relationships with individuals you serve and help them engage with the community.
