Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and participate in evening and weekend activities for adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Provide direct support and assistance to individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being during activities.
• Collaborate with team to plan and execute engaging programs.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to support goals and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of activities and progress.
