Job summary

The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge is seeking a Cook to prepare dishes in view of guests and provide friendly service while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Evening and weekend shifts are available.

Responsibilities include following recipes, operating the POS system when needed, and ensuring food safety and quality. Seasonal and full-time opportunities exist with benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a short-order line cook, banquet cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
• Must have good knife handling skills and ability to operate standard kitchen equipment.
• Must have knowledge of basic cooking techniques and commonly known food items.
• Ability to multi-task while remaining focused on key objectives.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, preparation instructions and presentation standards.
• Cross-train to operate the POS system and prepare/serve alcoholic beverages when needed.
• Prepare items efficiently in the order they are received.
• Maintain standards of food quality and daily preparation of fresh ingredients.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA/WISHA compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with FOH and BOH teams.
