Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet residents, guests and vendors, and provide light clerical support and daily resident assistance in a senior living community.

The role covers evenings and weekend shifts, requiring professional, courteous service and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities are offered in our growing company.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., walk, stand, and perform light clerical duties.
• Professional, courteous, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Support residents with transportation, scheduling, personal shopping, and other special requests.
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and guests.
• Assist with meal delivery, dining services, and hydration station setup.
• Manage resident mail, packages, and administrative tasks such as faxing, mailing, and document support.
• Respond to maintenance requests, submit work orders, and assist with emergency situations as needed.
• Participate in internal and external marketing events, in-services, and staff training.
• Maintain security awareness and follow concierge desk guidelines.
