Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge for evening and weekend shifts to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role provides hospitality, light clerical support, and daily resident assistance.

You will greet people, assist with transportation and scheduling, conduct tours, help with meal delivery and dining services, and manage mail and administrative tasks. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic technology (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet).
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., stand, and perform light clerical duties.
• Professional, courteous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security awareness and follow concierge desk guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in senior living or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., walk, stand, and perform light clerical duties.
