Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge for evening and weekend shifts to be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role provides hospitality, light clerical support, and daily resident assistance.

You will greet people, assist with transportation and scheduling, conduct tours, help with meal delivery and dining services, and manage mail and administrative tasks. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with basic technology (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet).
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs., stand, and perform light clerical duties.
• Professional, courteous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Assist residents with transportation, scheduling, personal shopping, and special requests.
• Conduct community tours for prospective residents and guests.
• Assist with meal delivery, dining services, and hydration station setup.
• Manage resident mail, packages, and administrative tasks such as faxing and document support.
• Respond to maintenance requests, submit work orders, and assist with emergencies as needed.
• Participate in internal/external marketing events and staff training.
• Maintain desk security and follow concierge guidelines.
