Job summary

Snow Canyon Retirement Community seeks a part-time Concierge for evenings and weekends. The role supports residents and families, answers calls, greets visitors, and coordinates services with the Wellness Director.

Strong communication, basic office skills, and a courteous demeanor are essential. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and prefer at least one year in office or hospitality settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED at minimum.
• Experience in general office procedures and basic computer use.
• Professional appearance and neat presentation required.
• One year of office or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and greet guests; manage messages and directions.
• Assist residents, families, and visitors with information and services.
• Support Wellness Director with appointments and transportation coordination.
• Maintain lobby and reception area in a clean, organized state.
• Provide clerical support: typing, filing, reports, and scheduling.
• Coordinate work orders with Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Assist with recruitment tasks and screening as needed.
• Order supplies and manage inventories with supervisor approval.
