Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and visitors in a polished, professional manner.
• Manage front desk sign-in/sign-out for residents, visitors, and vendors.
• Handle and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff.
• Notify residents or staff about arrivals, packages, or deliveries.
• Assist residents with requests by coordinating with other staff as needed.
