Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, guest service, or coat check experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to remain professional, efficient, and courteous during busy event periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and safely handle guests' coats and personal belongings.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the broader Banquet and Event team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide coat check services upon arrival and departure.
• Receive, tag, organize, securely store, and retrieve guests' coats and belongings with care and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized, clean coat check area throughout each shift.
• Ensure guests' belongings are returned promptly to the correct guest.
• Assist with managing guest traffic and maintaining efficient service during high-volume periods.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and hospitality.
• Coordinate with Banquet and Event leadership to ensure smooth event operations.
• Follow all resort policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the guest experience.
