Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred.
• Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.

• Detail oriented, good prioritization, time management, organizational and follow up skills.
• Open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business.
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
• Ability to follow schedule and ability to perform physical labor.
• Some high school education (grade 9) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and instill a culture and work environment based upon respect; providing opportunities for staff to learn, grow and develop their abilities through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
• Manage the coat check area and receive, put away and return guest garments from members and guests.
• Safeguard against theft and property damage.
• Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of services provided.
• Assist to investigate and resolve member complaints.
