Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to remain professional during busy event periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to guest service.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle coats safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide coat check services on arrival and departure.
• Tag, organize, securely store, and retrieve guests' coats and belongings accurately.
• Maintain an organized and presentable coat check area throughout the shift.
• Ensure belongings are returned promptly to the correct guest.
• Assist with managing guest traffic during high-volume arrivals and events.
• Respond to guest questions with hospitality-focused attitude.
• Coordinate with Banquet and Event leadership for smooth operations.
• Follow all resort policies and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties to support guest experience.
