Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a friendly and dedicated half-time Children’s Ambassador (2nd shift) to welcome visitors and support families in our Milwaukee campus. You’ll greet with warmth, guide guests, assist with navigation, transport patients when needed, and help move equipment to keep the facility accessible.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with warmth and empathy.
• Guide guests and assist with navigation.

• Transport patients internally when required.
