On-call shift: Required approximately once every two weeks. This is a paid “stand by” shift for illness replacement. Coverage includes 1st and 2nd shift on Saturday and Sunday. 3rd shift on-call coverage is required seven days a week. Weekend availability: Every other weekend is required. Holiday rotation: Participation in a holiday rotation is required.
