Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and two years of experience in event planning, project management, hospitality, promotions, facility management, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and manage event budgets, ensuring fiscal accountability.
• Serve as the primary event project manager, providing leadership for event planning, implementation, logistics, and post-event assessment.
• Coordinate Foundation-related events and fundraising, donor, and community engagement activities.
• Manage all internal and external facility use requests, ensuring compliance with college policies.
• Backup administrative manager for the event scheduling and space management system (25Live).
• Act as the primary emergency contact for the NCRC Building and the Spalding Building, coordinating with Facilities and Security.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, tenants, community partners, and College departments.
• Coordinate communications related to facility operations, event activities, building notifications, and tenant concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain required certifications and documentation.
• Support executive leadership and the President’s Office with special projects and administrative responsibilities.”],
