Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist staff during shift.
• Remain visible and support all departments as needed.
• Observe the facility and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle incidents, document reports, and notify supervisors.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure all doors are secured at close.
• Develop relationships and influence others without direct reports.
