Job summary

Aparium Hospitality Services is seeking a Rosewild Line Cook for the Jasper Hotel in Fargo, ND. You will work directly with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, executing scratch-made dishes and mastering advanced culinary techniques across grill, saute, fry, and pantry stations.

This role requires weekend availability, a collaborative mindset, cleanliness, food safety, and a willingness to learn on the hearth station.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced culinary techniques and operate on grill, sauté, fry and pantry stations.
• Maintain mise en place and restock efficiently during service.
• Ensure clean, organized stations and adhere to food safety standards.
• Handle and portion proteins with care to minimize waste.
• Assist with daily prep including knife work and sauce production.
• Adapt to service needs and transition between stations as required.
• Take pride in guest-focused dishes and adhere to recipes and presentation standards.
• Support the culinary leadership team and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture.
