UPS in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee package handlers, train teams, and drive safety, productivity and accuracy across the operation. You will set high standards, lead a team, coach staff, and ensure compliance with department, station, and OSHA requirements, while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualificações

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervises package handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, cooperation and safety.
• Provides leadership and fosters positive, team-oriented environment.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed across the department.
• Manages resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Develops employee growth plans and conducts regular evaluations and coaching.
