Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs) and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team‑oriented work environment with proactive communication and cooperation.
