UPS in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a supervisor for the Package Handlers and Clerks team. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and day-to-day supervision to meet deadlines.

Shifts Tue-Sat, 4:00 AM–9:00 AM, with $26.25 per hour and yearly raises. Full benefits after 30 days and tuition assistance of $25,000 are available.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills, plus the ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs and work flexible shift hours.
