Job summary

UPS in the United States (Wisconsin) seeks a supervisor to lead package handlers, train staff, and maintain safety, productivity, and attendance standards. You will drive accountability, quality, and customer service while developing a high-performing team.

Hours: Mon-Fri 4:00 PM–9:00 PM; compensation is $26.25 per hour with full benefits after 30 days. The role emphasizes proactive coaching, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance at all times.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with cooperation and continuous improvement.
• Implement personal development plans for department personnel.
• Provide orientation, training, materials, evaluations, and proactive coaching.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies at all times.
