Job summary

St. Mary's Food Bank in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for Outbound & Closing to lead daily warehouse operations and dock activities. You will ensure staffing, training, safety, and quality to meet customer and agency needs.

Responsibilities include directing teams, maintaining schedules, and producing accurate passdowns and logs. The role requires oversight of loads, temperature controls, and campus security, with a 1:00pm–9:30pm schedule and night lock-up duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; five years of related experience preferred.
• Minimum three years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and WMS software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates.
• Communicate department information to teammates.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Prepare and maintain schedules and job assignments.
• Provide training to staff as needed.
• Ensure loads are secure and properly temp-controlled.
