Job summary

St. Mary's Food Bank seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the outbound and closing dock teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries. Responsibilities cover staffing, training, equipment readiness, and adherence to food safety regulations in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, a forklift certification, and strong MS Office/WMS skills, with a 1:00pm–9:30pm shift and a focus on cost control and quality work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate degree required with 5+ years related experience.
• At least 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience leading large teams.
• Forklift certification and proficiency with MS Office and WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate warehouse teammates in outbound and closing operations.
• Create schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure safety, quality, and sanitation standards are met daily.
• Maintain paperwork, reports, and coordination with leadership.
