Job summary

Reporting to the Manager, you will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while managing KPIs and collaborating with the Logistics Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year or more in warehouse/transport, and some supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and ensure staff progress toward objectives.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching, recognition and corrective action as needed.
