Qualifications

• 0 to one year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• DOT Regulated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Monitor KPI and maintain safety, labor relations, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff; drive process improvements.
