Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of hourly employees preferred.
• Experience managing labor and understanding KPIs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI performance.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
