Job summary

Imperial Dade in Kernersville, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (Evening) to support the Warehouse Manager and lead the warehouse team. The role schedules Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm until finish, focusing on efficient operations within distribution standards.

You will plan activities, forecast demand and staffing, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while developing associates through coaching and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution.
• Working knowledge of government regulations regarding warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and engagement skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate the daily activities for the warehouse within shipping operations.
• Effectively forecast volume, staffing, and supply needs to meet productivity and expense budgets.
• Walk the warehouse to ensure building conditions are maintained.
• Identify potential safety hazards and correct them as necessary.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with the warehouse team and supply chain.
• Develop productive associates through training and coaching.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects.
