You will coach and develop a team, coordinate schedules with the Logistics Manager, and drive safety and continuous improvement while maintaining KPI targets. The position features an evening schedule from 2 PM to 11 PM, with a salary of $68K and full-time benefits

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience
• 1 year+ experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers
• Ensure adherence to site KPI and customer specifications
• Coach and develop team, drive safety and continuous improvement
• Address performance issues and implement corrective actions
