Qualifications

• Minimum of three years demonstrated warehouse supervisory experience.
• Forklift certified and able to operate equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS software required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate teammates
• Ensure safety and compliance with procedures
• Create schedules and assign tasks to department staff
• Maintain paperwork and reports for the department
• Oversee outbound operations, loading/unloading, and trailer verification
• Provide training and coaching to staff as needed
• Enforce Warehouse policies and safety rules
• Relieve other supervisors during vacations
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and adhere to food safety regulations
