St. Mary’s Food Bank is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor - Outbound & Closing to oversee the dock, staffing, and daily warehouse operations in Arizona. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and timely deliveries while coaching a team and maintaining equipment readiness.

You will lead by example, manage schedules, train staff, and enforce policies to support food safety and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Associates degree or 5 years related experience.
• Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Forklift certified and able to operate required equipment.
• Proficient with MS Office and WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct and motivate teammates to meet goals and standards.
• Communicate department information to teammates and leadership.
• Address teammate concerns and follow-up on problems.
• Create schedules and assign tasks for department teammates.
• Provide training to maintain an efficient workforce.
• Enforce warehouse policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain paperwork and reports for the department.
• Ensure loads are properly prepared, secure, and on-time.
