Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support loading trucks and moving goods through the DC Haines City facility.

You may work in Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer, and other areas, and McLane provides freezer suits, hats, and gloves. The role is full-time with an evening shift, offering pay at $20.55/hour during training and $24.05/hour during production, plus incentives, with benefits starting after 60 days and opportunities for advancement within a long-standing

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
• Experience in distribution/warehouse is preferred but not required, including reach truck and forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap/label outgoing orders and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
