Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Oswego Township, IL is hiring for a warehouse order picker. You will select cases from multi-level storage, load pallets, and prepare shipments using an electric pallet jack or forklift. The role requires attention to safety, quality, and timely processing of orders.

Shifts are Sun–Thu starting 5pm, with eligibility for overtime. Benefits at day one include comprehensive health coverage, an employee stock plan, 401K match, education assistance, and PTO, plus growth

Qualifications

• Able to work scheduled shifts including required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, lift repeatedly for long periods.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Able to work in dry, cooler and freezer environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders.
• Operate pallet jack/forklift and move completed orders to shipping dock.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and efficient workflow.
• Wrap, label and stage pallets for shipment; complete required paperwork.
