Job summary

W. Lee Flowers & Co. seeks a warehouse selector to pick cases and fill customer orders from multi-level warehouse racks. You will stack on pallets, tag, and transport with equipment to loading docks, ensuring timely shipment and quality standards while adhering to safety policies.

You will use voice-confirm picks, scanners, and lift equipment, crossing into varied temperature zones, with overtime as needed and potential for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule when needed.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, time-sensitive warehouse environment.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–100+ pounds, depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Stand Up Lift Truck experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confirm picks by voice and use a scanner to enter weights.
• Stack cases on pallets, wrap and tag pallets, and move to loading door.
• Operate the reach lift as needed for loading and retrieval.
• Maintain a minimum weekly productivity average of 155 cases/hour.
• May be trained to perform additional tasks as requested by management.
